When warehouse equipment financing is required, one of the best strategies for getting the best deal is to apply for equipment financing with us and get pre-approved for a certain amount of spending to acquire a specific type or types of equipment.

This refinancing is typically done through leasing companies as a sale and lease back process, but it can also be done through an equipment loan through a bank.
