• Strategic Role: We act as an independent consultant to help commercial entities identify, structure, and secure equipment financing through our network of third-party funding partners.

• Third-Party Approval: All financing is subject to the final credit approval and terms of the respective third-party lender. BFE Financial Services does not make final credit decisions or issue funds directly.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Hamilton, Ontario.

• If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hamilton, Ontario, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association or a comparable Canadian body. Each party will share the costs of mediation/arbitration equally (excluding attorney fees).
